Shipment processing time
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, we take the safety of our staff and their families with high regard. Due to this fact, all orders are processed within 7-10 Business Days.

If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly at info@obnaturalskincare.com to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
