Returns

Due to Covid19 we will no longer offer returns or exchanges, we will only provide a credit. 

To be eligible for a credit, you will have to make that request in writing explaining what item(s) you were dissatisfied with by 11:59 pm EST., within 7 days, after you receive your products. This means you have 7 days after receiving your item(s) to request a credit.

We will only credit the amount of the item(s) that you were dissatisfied with minus shipping / handling and state tax.

A receipt of purchase will also need to be attached to the request.

We reserve the right to deny a credit request.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
