Relaxing Bath Soak: Fill bathtub with warm water. Add one 1-2 tablespoons of bath soak and disperse with hand. Enjoy bath for 15-20 minutes. Repeat 2-3 times a week.
Rejuvenating Foot Soak: Fill basin with warm water. Add one 1-2 tablespoons of bath soak and disperse with hand. Enjoy foot soak for 30 minutes. Repeat 2-3 times a week.
